Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your travel arrangement with Visit Raja Ampat.
1. Booking
- All bookings are made through the official Visit Raja Ampat website or official WhatsApp.
- A booking is considered confirmed after the deposit payment or full payment has been received.
- Guests will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
2. Payment
- A minimum 30% deposit is required to secure the travel date.
- Full payment must be completed before the journey begins.
- All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations more than 14 days before departure: refund according to applicable policy.
- Cancellations 7–14 days before departure: partial refund may apply.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before departure: non-refundable.
- If a journey must be canceled because of extreme weather or safety reasons, guests may choose rescheduling or another available option according to policy.
4. Weather Policy
- Safety is our top priority.
- Schedules may change according to weather conditions and instructions from local authorities.
5. Health & Safety
- Guests are required to take care of their safety during the trip.
- Snorkeling and diving activities must follow the instructions of the guide or professional instructor.
- Diving certification activities follow professional instructor standards.
6. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- We recommend bringing a waterproof bag for electronic items.
7. Photography
- During the tour, guides may help take photos for guests.
- Visit Raja Ampat may use selected travel photos for promotional purposes while respecting guest privacy.
8. Respect Local Culture
- All guests are encouraged to respect Papua customs, local culture, the environment, and local communities.
9. Force Majeure
- Visit Raja Ampat is not responsible for cancellations caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, harbor closure, government policy, or any situation beyond our control.
